GOALS 2011-12

1. Membership - Our District will have a Membership Drive during Rotary Membership Month, August. Every Club should add a new member during
this focus.

2. Health, Hunger, Water - The District will continue to support the Malawi Water Project.

3. Literacy - Special emphasis to this area. Illiteracy plagues this District and all clubs are encouraged to have Club Service Projects such as book drives, dictionary projects and "Between the Lions" childhood reading programs throughout the year.

4. Rotary Foundation - Goals for Foundation giving have been set for every club in the district. Rotarians are asked to make individual gifts to the Foundation.

5. Presidential Citation - Each club should make getting this award a priority. This year there is no minimum membership requirement - it's strictly a point system. Your club can receive this award "with distinction" if the club has an exceptional year.
